Responsibilities What will you do · Sales driven closer that will act as a residential sales representative for new and existing customers. · Dependable self-starter who will drive to our sales locations, meet with current and potential customers in their homes and evaluate and present options. · Use a camera system to inspect underground or in-wall plumbing, identify root causes, and present quotes · Committed to relationship selling with our customers and earning repeat business through excellent performance in a one-call-close setting. · Meet and exceed budgeted sales goals through top performance and commitment all while performing excellent customer service and making our customers happy. Qualifications What do you need · Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in Outside Sales, One-Call-Close, in a residential in-home environment. · Experience in the skilled Plumbing Trade. Plumbing, sewer, and drain experience required. · Proven sales track record · Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area in company provided work vehicle. · A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills. · Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed. · Willingness to go into attics and crawl spaces on a regular basis. · All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
