Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales professional passionate about Flooring? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Flooring Sales Representative to join our team, covering the vibrant market in the Las Vegas Area. If you have a proven track record in sales and are eager to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you! JW Floor Covering Inc. is partnered with the #1 home improvement retailer in the U.S. and is the source of these leads. You will not be cold-calling. Responsibilities: Follow-up and manage leads provided by our retail business partner. Prospect, identify, and develop new customers within the designated territory to expand our customer base. Conduct on-site visits to residential and commercial properties to provide flooring product presentations, quotes, and recommendations. Understand client needs and preferences to recommend appropriate flooring solutions, addressing budget and design requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales orders, deliveries, and installations efficiently. Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis. Requirements: Successful sales experience in construction, commercial or residential. Successful experience in flooring sales is a plus. Understanding of various flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards. Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals effectively. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory. Ability to lift and carry flooring samples and materials as required. A positive attitude, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent service. Preferred: Knowledge of local Las Vegas markets, including relevant builders, contractors, and designers. Familiarity with CRM software for sales tracking and reporting. Compensation: Base salary: $40,000 per year Commission: Additional earnings based on sales performance.
