A well-established and licensed Investment & Trust Company in Las Vegas is looking for an EXPERIENCED ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST to join their team. Primary responsibilities of this position are as follows:

This position is responsible for managing client accounts. This management involves all aspects of account opening, account closing, and daily account maintenance. The primary account activities are account opening, account closing, asset management, accounts receivable management, client and advisor requests for documents, or questions, inbound and out bound mail handling, client deposits, disbursement of funds.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Open new accounts

- Close accounts

- Asset Management (Add new assets, remove assets, update assets, asset changes, valuation updates)

- Account Receivable Management (Send dunning letters, follow protocol for disbursing accounts)

- Manage Account Follow up Tasks (Client watch list follow up communications

- Document retrieval requests (i.e., 5498s, 1099s, account statements, other account related docs

- In-bound and out-bound mail handling (New mail for client accounts, re-mail items for client accounts, Inbound client documents (scanning, filing, account update)

- Client deposits (applying checks and wires to client accounts).

- Funding of loans; disbursement of funds.

- At least 2 years of experience in disbursement of funds

- Deeds of Trust

- Loans

- MS Word

- MS Excel

- PDF tools

- Email

- Scanning

- Computer Literacy

- Difficult client management

- Ability to work under pressure

- Self Motivated

PREVIOUS BANKING, MORTGAGE, OR REALTY EXPERIENCE HIGHLY DESIRABLE.

This is a contract-to-hire position and pays $15-$17/hr. to start. Starting annual salary once company hires the ideal applicant is $35,000 - $40,000 with vacation, health, and sick leave benefits.
