THE JOBThe primary function of a Poker Floor Supervisor is to attend to the needs of players and guests as necessary. The Poker Floor Supervisor is the primary point of contact between guests and all poker services.STARTING PAY RATE: $20 plus tips & tokesTHE DAY-TO-DAY

• Act as a front-line ambassador, greeting guests while maintaining table waiting list
• Seat players in games and making rulings in games following proper departmental protocol
• Utilize all aspects of the Bravo Poker software
• Stay informed about all Poker Division activities and events
• Input all player information into the database system and issue MGM Rewards cards
• Work with tournament registrationTHE REQUIRED
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Prior Relevant Poker, any cash handling, or hotel/resort/casino related experience
  • Age 21+
  • Gaming CardWHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
    • Knowledge of Poker
    • Experience in a cash handling positionTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
      • Working knowledge of all currently popular poker games
      • Is proficient in rules, policies, and procedures for both live gaming and tournament play
      • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
      • Able to lead and mentor a team
      • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
