Our client, a leading IT Solutions provider, is hiring a Principal Architect to join the team on a contract basis in Las Vegas. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, AI-powered ServiceNow-based ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency, decision-making and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow-based ERP solutions, ensuring smooth integration with existing enterprise systems.
• Drive the creation and execution of AI-powered ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency, decision-making, and customer satisfaction.
• Offer technical expertise in the architecture of complex ERP and ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, performance and reliability.
• Design and implement automated workflows to optimize ERP processes, improve user experiences and increase overall business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts and stakeholders, to ensure alignment between business goals and technical requirements.
• Perform solution assessments, reviews and validate the technical effectiveness of ServiceNow and ERP integrations.
• Lead and mentor teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and continuous optimization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration blueprints and system configurations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering thought leadership and best practices in ERP modernization, ServiceNow integrations and AI technology implementation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security protocols, privacy standards and regulatory requirements.Skillset
  • At least 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in ServiceNow and ERP systems integration.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering ERP modernization and AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Desired certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Additional certifications in SAP, Oracle ERP or AI are a plus.
  • Proficient in IntegrationHub, ERP Canvas, Flow Designer, App Engine and NowAssist AI.
  • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow's core modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and GRC.
  • In-depth experience with SAP and Oracle ERP systems, particularly in finance, procurement and supply chain management modules.
  • Expertise in modernizing ERP workflows to improve usability and operational efficiency.
  • Skilled in designing and deploying AI-driven solutions, such as predictive analytics, conversational AI and machine learning.
  • Proven experience in developing middleware solutions that integrate diverse enterprise systems.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, including managing cross-functional teams, driving stakeholder alignment and balancing competing priorities.
