Civilian urologist at Mike O Callaghan Military Medical Center 99th Medical Group 4700 North Las Vegas Boulevard Nellis Air Force Base, NV .

1099 / Independent Contractor

Full time

US Citizen

• Internship/Residency/Fellowship: Completion of an accredited urology residency approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)

Certifications: BLS & ACLS

Board Certification: Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology as recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or the AOA Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists. Those board-eligible should have plans to achieve board certification at the next available opportunity. The DoD only recognizes certifications issued by boards that are members of the ABMS or the AOA Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists

Licensure:

Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Nevada.

Hours:

Clinic Days , Monday through Friday or Surgery Days Monday through Friday if primary surgeon or assisting, to include a minimum of a 30-minute uncompensated lunch period.

Some on call required.
