Nurse Practitioner - Pediatrics physician employment in Nevada :
Seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner High-acuity Level III NICU
team Rotating 12-hour shifts, both days and nights, to support 24/7
NICU coverage Join a collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12
advanced practice providers Deliver patient-centered care in a
72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60 Manage
complex and critical neonatal cases, including ELBW infants Utilize
advanced technologies such as: Neonatal ECMO Jet and oscillatory
high-frequency ventilation Inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) Whole-body
cooling for HIE Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and
transport teams Collaborate with full-spectrum pediatric
subspecialists, including cardiovascular surgery Integrate care
within a comprehensive pediatric ecosystem (PICU, CVICU, pediatric
ER) Contribute to a high-performing, compassionate care model
