Description: Responsible for providing a comprehensive evaluation
of performance components affecting functional mobility and
providing goal-oriented treatment to facilitate maximum level of
independence. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in
Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA
academic and intern requirements for competence.
License/Certification: Nevada State Licensure of a Registered
Physical Therapist (see note below). Current BCLS certification.
Other: Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills
necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the
patients served on the assigned unit/department. Note: May work as
a Graduate of Physical Therapy with recognition of the Board of
Physical Therapy Examiners with on-site direct supervision EEO
