Job Description About the Company Tim Soder Physical Therapy is a sports-driven outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic serving a wide range of patients, from active adults and high-level high school athletes to collegiate, professional, and competitive recreational athletes. We treat the patient, not just the injury, using an individualized approach that blends evidence-based rehabilitation, performance training, and return-to-sport decision-making under one roof. To support optimal recovery and performance, we incorporate advanced interventions including Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, Vald Force Plates/dynamometer testing, Radial Pressure Wave (RPW) therapy, dry needling, and Class IV laser therapy as part of comprehensive, personalized care. About the Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist at Tim Soder Physical Therapy in Las Vegas, NV. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients’ conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering hands-on therapy sessions, monitoring patient progress, and providing education and support to promote recovery and improve overall quality of life. This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working with athletic populations, is coachable, motivated to continuously improve their craft, and values high-quality, patient-centered care.
