The CNO is responsible for driving excellence in patient care, fostering a supportive and professional environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and continued quality improvement/patient safety. Qualifications: * BSN Degree Required * Master's or enrolled in Master's Degree * Prefer 10 years related clinical nursing experience * Minimum 5 years progressive management/leadership in an Acute Care setting, inpatient rehab, or related clinical setting * Demonstrated ability to lead, drive quality metrics, and identify areas for continuous improvement * Active RN License in Nevada or eligible to gain state licensure Interested in hearing more?
