to qualified applicants Schedule: Days or Nights available; 4
weekend shifts per 4-week schedule Highlights: 22-bed Critical Care
Unit with 1:2-3 patient ratios in an HCA Unit of Distinction
Advanced equipment including ventilators, Arctic Sun, CRRT
machines, rapid infusers, and hemodynamic monitoring Direct patient
care role with exposure to critical procedures: intubations, chest
tube insertions, bronchoscopy, EGD, colonoscopy, wound debridement,
and line insertions Meditech documentation system Opportunity to
work with therapeutic temperature management (TTM), PA catheters,
and advanced hemodynamics Float opportunities to all ICU and
intermediate care units for diverse clinical experience
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of ICU-level experience required
Active RN license ACLS and BLS certifications required Experience
with ventilators, high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, and CPAP Proficiency
with critical IV medications including vasopressors (Levophed,
Epinephrine, Neosynephrine, Dopamine, Dobutamine), sedation agents
(Propofol, Precedex, Fentanyl, Versed), cardiac medications
(Amiodarone, Lidocaine), paralytics, and insulin drips Why It's a
