Are you a passionate and fully licensed (or intern) Mental Health or Co-Occurring Therapist seeking a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact in the field of behavioral health? Nevada Behavioral Health Systems (NBH) in Las Vegas is actively seeking a skilled therapist to join our dedicated team.*Interns: Receive paid supervision (both primary and secondary)*The Therapist will be responsible for providing *high-quality mental health services*, adhering to the guidelines outlined in the Medicaid Services Manual, Chapter 400, and Nevada Behavioral Health Systems Policy and Procedures. Key responsibilities include:* Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments.* Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.* Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and/or groups.* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and support the overall well-being of clients.*Qualifications:** A minimum of *2 years of experience in mental health* counseling or crisis intervention is preferred. Experience in providing *on-call crisis services *is highly beneficial.* A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.* *State licensure* as a *mental health professional* (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist) is required.
