We offer and EAP service with our medical benefits!!Role OverviewThe Park Director/General Manager is responsible for day-to-day operational management of all park departments at Spy Ninjas HQ. This includes overseeing operational staff at each attraction, managing the overall guest experience, and overseeing all departmental budgets. In addition, the park director/general manager will serve as the key point of contact for property and company senior management on issues related to operations of all functions of the park. Departments being managed by the park operations manager include attractions, parties, front desk, and retail/redemption areas.Core ValuesNobility - Nobility shows compassionIntegrity - Walk the TalkNeatness- Neatness embraces organizationJourney - Your journey is part of your experienceSafety - 100% Safe at all timesResponsibilitiesDisplay the highest standards of customer service, setting guest services standards to welcome guests in a polite, gracious, and enthusiastic manner; always paying attention; anticipating and meeting guest needs.Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements of the business according to division and state regulatory standards, assist in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures.Manage the business finances, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, inventory management, and cost control to maintain profitability.Understand the operations of each department and attraction in order to best encourage great customer experience.Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.Maintain overall knowledge of Spy Ninjas: HQ and provide proactive assistance to guests when appropriate using clear and concise conversation.Creates and implements actions plans for future success by providing direction, guidance, and support for the hiring, terminating, training, scheduling, evaluating, and promoting of all team members.Remain actively involved with all support companies and service providers, ensuring the venue receives all services outlined in respective agreements.Identifies potential problems or points of friction and helps to find solutions to maximize efficiency.Execute established training protocol for each position, ensuring that all staff are well educated on the proper execution of their position.Coaches and counsels all staff to proper execution of established processes, adhering to established HR procedures to ensure all established operational procedures are followed at all times by team members.Responsible for creating a positive work culture and fostering positive work relationships among hourly employees and management.Monitors staff's payroll, including time cards, approves overtime, and time off requests.Performance management to include coaching, corrective action, suspension and up to and including recommendation to Senior Leadership for separation.Create and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new guests.Evaluate the daily condition of the facility and equipment, ensuring all malfunctions are reported to and followed up with the appropriate department.QualificationsProven ability to identify and resolve problems.Management experience with direct management of 20 or more employees is required.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Experience in hospitality, customer service, or amusement parks is required.Specific experience with trampolines, laser tag, water parks, etc. is a plus.Expert level experience with directly managing a diverse work group is required.Attention to detail is a must.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or similar field is preferred.Proven ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.Proactive thinker and self-starter able to provide realistic solutions to challenging situations.Strong guest service experience with conflict resolution.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management.Energetic personality, people-oriented, team player with strong leadership skills.Ability to speak and lead in front of groups, teach and train others.Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends.CPR and first aid certified, or willing to become certified.Proficient computer, keyboarding, and tablet skills.Complete and pass a background check.Must currently have a Sheriff's card from Las Vegas Metro Police or be willing to obtain one upon hire.Must currently have a Tam card or be willing to obtain one upon hire.Must currently have or be willing to obtain a ServeSafe Management Card.Requirements:Physical Demands: While performing the duties and responsibilities of the job, these physical demand characteristics are representative of what the employee will be required to do to perform the essential job functions of the position.
