Technologies is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented CNC
Programmer/Milling Machinist to join our team in a hands-on,
collaborative environment. The successful candidate will lead the
team with all aspects of programming for CNC Machines and be the
primary “go to” person for machinists in the setup of complex
machining applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and optimize
3, 4, and 5-axis CNC programs using Mastercam. Plan efficient
manufacturing methods from customer-supplied models and blueprints.
Create detailed setup documentation, tooling lists, and process
instructions. Run and validate First Article parts; implement
program and offset adjustments based on inspection results. Support
configuration management of CNC programs and revisions. Assist with
RFQ run-time estimates and manufacturability input. Set up and
operate HAAS, Thermwood, CMS, Multicam mills and Doosan lathes
(live tooling/sub-spindle). Load programs, establish work offsets
and tool data, and verify reference points. Select and load
tooling, fixtures, and holders. Monitor feeds, speeds, lubrication,
and cooling to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot tooling
issues, machine malfunctions, and process deviations. Perform
preventive maintenance and document actions. Work closely with shop
floor personnel to debug and improve CNC programs. Recommend
process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and
equipment utilization. Support cost reduction initiatives and
manufacturability improvements. Collaborate cross-functionally to
resolve machining, assembly, and CAD data issues. Maintain
compliance with AS9100 and internal quality systems. Adhere to 5S,
OSHA/Cal OSHA, and Hera safety standards. Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. 7 years of multi-axis (3–5 axis) CNC
programming experience in aerospace manufacturing within an AS9100
environment. 5 years of CNC mill and lathe setup/operation
experience. Proficiency with HAAS, Fanuc, OKK controls; experience
with Thermwood and Doosan equipment preferred. Strong blueprint
reading skills, including GD&T interpretation. Working
knowledge of shop math, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
Proficient with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers,
etc.). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical shop
activities (standing, bending, climbing). Strong communication
skills and team-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications
Experience machining metallics, composites, honeycomb core
(Nomex/aluminum), carbon fiber, GFRP, phenolics, plastics, and
ablative materials. Surface modeling experience. Fixture
fabrication experience. Strong familiarity with 5-axis swarfing.
Job Details FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Type: Full-time Work
hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:30pm . Some weekend work may be
necessary. Hours may be adjusted at the discretion of your
supervisor. Pay Range: $30/HR to 40/HR Reports to: Director of
Operations Location: 100% onsite at 1055 E Francis St. Ontario, CA
91761 USA Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a
case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following
considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and
experience. Total compensation will also include a comprehensive
