Job Description Job Description Tiger Lily Flowers & Gifts is
looking for experienced seasonal floral designers to join our team
for the season. We are a multi-location floral company, with 3
locations in Las Vegas & Henderson. Our ideal candidate is
self-driven, punctual, and reliable with proven experience working
in a fast-paced retail setting. To be considered for an audition,
please submit a resume here. Only professional & experienced floral
designers will be invited to audition. Professional Designers have
been paid for their work as a floral designer. Please no hobbyists
or enthusiasts. No phone calls please. Calls can not be returned.
Salary will be determined based on audition performance.
Auditioning Candidates will be rated on: Technical Ability Design
Mechanics Creativity Speed Experience - length & type Knowledge
Qualifications: • Have at least 2 Years Floral Design Experience •
Have knowledge of, and experience working with various flowers,
styles, and settings • Have experience in a production or retail
setting • Work towards continuous improvement • Able to take
direction and follow recipes • Maintain a safety focus Work
Environment: • Work involves continuous interaction with customers
and co-workers in a fast-paced environment • Typical motions
include repetitive hand and arm movements, bending and reaching •
Responsible for moving and lifting 1-10 pounds with a maximum
weight lifted of 50 pounds rarely • Will spend the majority of time
on his or her feet and stand or walk without a break for up to 4
hours • May be exposed to various allergens and work environments,
