Job Description:

Needing a person with Freight brokerage experience,Must be think skinned, great with negotiating and a customer service attitude(the client is always right)



Managed the daily operations of freight brokerage, including scheduling and tracking shipments, negotiating with freight carriers and handling customer questions. Prepared spreadsheets and financial reports and set shipping rates. Sourced and procured carrier services to ensure timely delivery of customer freight. Built and promoted ongoing carrier relationships without relying solely on load boards. Negotiated rates on a spot or transactional basis with carriers. Managed pricing negotiations and obstacles with carriers.
